Update on My Healing Journey
Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the outpouring of love, encouragement, and generosity you’ve shown me over the past few weeks. Your messages, prayers, and donations have made such a difference during one of the most difficult times in my life.
I’m slowly healing—physically and emotionally. Each day comes with its own challenges, but also small victories that give me the strength to keep going. While I’m making progress, the road to full recovery is still ahead of me, and there are ongoing medical treatments, medical equipment, and medications I still need to cover.
Please continue to lift my family and me up in prayer, as this has been a life-changing journey for us all.

The Moores have had an interesting start to the new year. January 2, 2024, Keneica/KNicole was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. The cancer exact type is ER+PR+HER2- Breast Cancer. God has been a part of this journey since the starting line. Originally the doctor’s appointment was set to investigate something entirely different. Within a month of being diagnosed, surgery is already scheduled meaning the chances of spreading is minimal. She is scheduled for a double mastectomy on 2/1/2024. This will determine and clarify what stage and if radiation will be required. Wednesday an ultrasound on both breast provided a clearer perspective on the size of the masses and lymph nodes to prevent surprises during surgery. Her recovery will be difficult and long as this will be the first surgery before chemo. The second surgery will be after radiation if needed. Please keep us in your prayers as this journey came as a surprise for us but not for our God.
